Swift Lake Hike...

After we rowed around the lake we decided to hike around it.  It was of course beautiful.  Wes and I had quite a few laughs at all the tourists with their bear spray and bells on.

Renting a Row Boat On Swift Lake...

We had a wonderful morning on the lake while Wes taught the girls to row.  I made the girls pose next to the Red Jammers.  I thought these cars were so cool.  They ran on propane and had drivers that dressed up and gave tours.  Unfortunately tours were super expensive so we won't be taking one.

Belly River Trailhead...

We headed out on a trail near the border crossing.  We kept going past the bear sign and through the thickets.  Finally we turned back because the weather changed rapidly.  We had thunder and lightening each evening while we were there.  It was fun to watch from the apartment but not out on the trail.

St Marys...

These little guys were all over St Mary's.  Wes thought they were no big deal but they totally creeped me out.  They would run between our legs and climb over our feet.

Apikuni Falls And A Trip Into Alberta...

The road down from Chief Mountain had a ton of free range cattle.  It was kind of fun dodging the cows and splattering the motorcycles with cow poop. 

The girls and I drove up to Pincher Creek in Alberta to pick up a few supplies.  We also enjoyed root beer floats at the A&W.  Next year we plan to make a full day out of it.
