Our friends have a membership at a private campground down the street from our house. They took us over for a picnic and playground time. They have also taken us over to swim in the three pools.

Now look carefully at the above playground equipment. I stared at it for most of the afternoon and it really reminds of the old toys at R. elementary school. Am I right? I remember those toys being three stories high. These were not so much!

Sun Protection...

The Monkey's must wear hats in the sun. The other day they chose to wear cowboy hats. I say whatever but protect that skin!

The New Project...

This is Wes wet-grinding our newest creation. This will be a concrete counter top for our downstairs half-bath.

I Guess That Makes Me Really Old...

Kim is turning 30 this week with Colby not to far behind her. To celebrate their big birthdays and new house they held a huge party. The girls and I went down for a couple of days to break in the carpet and mess up the walls. These are pictures from the party. The girls had some serious bonding time with the cousins also. Poor Marcus was a captive audience to all the love Sophie had to give!

Garage Sale Saturday...

We went garage sale shopping early Saturday morning. Uncle Colby gave the girls each 25 cents and they were off. Both declined cookies early on holding out for the good stuff later. Sophie bargained with a lady for a "tool box" and Ceci found a giant book. Overall they got some great deals.

June Showers Bring?...

After the crappiest spring ever we are still trying to plant our flowers for the year. Hopefully we will get some better weather to start enjoying our flowers a little more.
