Blogger Is Mad At Me...

I'm not sure why but Blogger won't let me load anymore pictures.

Anyway, we enjoyed the sunshine again today. One more time; the car is washed, the bags are packed, Starbuck is at the kennel and we are ready to roll early tomorrow morning. This weekend we are going on a huge tour of the state. Teagan's 5th birthday party tomorrow (Holy Cow she's really 5 already...), Emma and Olivia's 1st birthday Saturday and back to the 'burg for one day of rest. We will be home with no traveling in sight after this weekend. The kids won't know what to do with themselves without the running around.

A Little Advice...

Per Wes, always stain a new fence as soon as it is put up. We made the mistake of waiting over a year to stain our fence. It has turned into a huge pain to get it done. Sophie helped out best she could by freshening up her house.

Monkey On The Loose...

Pictures of Sophie were few and far between this weekend. She was on a tear due to lack of sleep. She missed her three hour naps and proved to us that she still needs them. We just got back from Uncle Jason's party. Wes and I are so darn tired after spending a night in a hotel with the monkeys we don't have much to say. Had a great visit with lots of old friends at Uncle Jason's Graduation Party. I'm always a bit homesick for the old gang after a visit.

On The Road Again...

Tomorrow we are off to Uncle Jason's Graduation Party. Yeah Uncle Jason!!! We are staying down South tomorrow night and will be back late on Sunday. We still have a few more weeks of travel ahead and I don't know what we will do after that. I'm starting to bug Wes about a vacation in the fall because I am going to need something to look forward to. Anybody know anything about Galveston, TX?

This is documentation of our first trip to the beach this spring. Usually we are here everyday by now. I'm sure we will be spending lots of time there this summer terrorizing the crabs.

The Finale...

These are the final pictures from Kim and Colby's wedding. The first two pictures are at Cave B where they spent their wedding night. More on that later...

The other pictures are from the present opening marathon event. I got a blister (just kidding) from writing down all of the gifts. My sister taught Sophie to tell everyone that I was jealous (OK, maybe a little) of all the presents.

The little girls in the picture were Sophie's new best friends. They spent the morning on a butterfly hunt. She has since referred to them at the "Butterfly Girls". Pretty darn cute.

ThE BiG DaY!...

Here are the wedding pictures. Kim was the mellowest bride ever.Kim seriously glowed. These pictures kind of give you a run-down of the day. I'm just kicking myself for not taking more pictures. Wes had custody of the camera and the kids all week. I can't believe that we don't have any pictures of the girls.

Fiesta...

Rehearsal Dinner was a Fiesta. Colby's parents put on a huge Fiesta for the Rehearsal. We had great weather and lots of great food. I think what I enjoyed most of all was getting to know everyone. I loved being able to finally put a face to the name.

On another note today is the first day that the girl's and I will be home relaxing all day. I think that they really need the time.

Let's Get This Party Started...

These are pictures from the beginning of week-o-wedding. Sophie, Ceci, Wes and I had an amazing time. The wedding was absolutely fabulous. Everything (for the most part) went super smoothly. The first picture of this post is of the girls helping Auntie Kimmie open presents from Fed-Ex. Pic 2 is of Christie and Liz practicing Kimmie's wedding make-up. 3 The monkey's chilling in Poppie's chair. 4 the program and crafting committee. 5 Grammie spending time with the girl's out of our hair. 6 Auntie Kimmie getting a little crazy.

Tomorrow will be pictures from the Rehearsal Dinner. I have a feeling I'm going to be rehashing the wedding for awhile. We had such a good time.

Snacks...

Sophie and Scott share a love of good snacks. Today they were munching on old Target popcorn and potato chips. What is funny is that my neighbor and I are constantly comparing notes on the best places to buy organics and the best snacks for the kids. Today we both succumbed to the power of easy junk food.
