Antietam National Battlefield...

The next day I headed to Antietam National Battlefield. I'm kind of kicking myself for not taking more pictures. I was to busy staring at everything and trying to drive to look around. Once again mind-boggling cool. I really do hope to go back and visit these again sometime (with someone else).

Gettysburg..

Shortly after I kicked Wes out the door for school, I headed three states over to visit Gettysburg. Yes, I went to Gettysburg by myself. This was the best trip ever!!! I was in awe the entire time.

More Harper's Ferry...

I loved Harper's Ferry so much that I made Wes drive back with me after school the next night.

Charles Town, WV...

This is a town that George Washington planned and where his brother Charles is buried.

Harper's Ferry, WV...

John Brown's stronghold. Still standing.

Wes attended a school near Harper's Ferry, WV. I went with him for ten days without the kids. I spent all day everyday touring historic sites through out West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. I had the time of my life! It was without a doubt amazing to see all of these important places.

Clearing Out The Random...

For Sale...

I've been selling lots of baby gear lately. Gia would not get out of the picture for the car seat and stroller. I thought about listing her on EBay but knew that might raise a few eyebrows.

I Have No Idea...

I'm not quite sure why I took these pictures but I did so here they are.

Flew South...

We had a fun Valentine themed visit with our friends. The kids stayed busy with everything from art, soccer and sidewalk chalk. When Sophie started to fall asleep on the driveway it was time to head home.

Cooking Class...

The big girls and a couple of their friends took a cooking class back in January. They loved and made some delicious (from scratch) pizza.

Back In Business...

Tap Tap Tap, is this thing on? Ha! Wes and I are finally back and I think back in business soon. Our many recent trips were all super successful and fun. I am overwhelmed with all of the pictures. Since I really do this blog for Sophie, Ceci and Gia I know that they don't mind.
