This was such a great year.  I have really been looking forward to summer, but will sincerely miss Kindergarten and First Grade. Both girls had wonderful teachers!

Children Of A Common Mother...

This year Sophie and Ceci participated in "Hands Across The Border." This was an event between Canadian and US Girl Scout, Boy Scout, Girl Guides, and Campfire Boys and Girls. The Peace Arch Border crossing closes for an afternoon and the kids wandered between different groups trading S.W.A.P.S, which are little hand made crafts. It was a pretty amazing event complete with a parade at the end.
