Late Last Year...

We went to the Nutcracker. I have lived here for seventeen years and never visited the MBT. On my 2009 to-do list was a visit to the theatre. We made it and had a great time.

Rose Colored Glasses...

I came out of the laundry room this morning to a whole lot of laughter.

The big girls were very pleased with themselves.

It was rock star baby.

With her posse.
(Do kids still say posse these days?)

Cookie Connection...

A gigantic thanks goes out to Sophie's Aunties for selling a ton of cookies for her. We are going to be dropping lots of cookies in the mail tomorrow.
If anyone else wants some cookies let me know. My new favorites are the Do-Si-Dos. Darn cookies!

Star Of The Week...

Ceci was Star Of The Week last week at preschool. She relished every minute of the gold chair!

399 Miles...

Poppi and Ceci checking out the beach the first morning.

The girls' and I went on a massive road trip this weekend. 399 miles each way to Depoe Bay, Oregon. Totally worth it of course. The weather was amazing for February. We met my parents and Colby, Kim and Elleanor in Portland Friday night. Saturday morning we did a caravan down the coast,

We also visited Agate Bay, Lincoln City, Newport and Waldport.

The sandy beaches were so warm.

Gia was a trooper. With a new tooth trying to pop through and no naps she could have been a disaster.

This was the Otter Rock beach that we stayed up above. We were able to explore all over when the tide was out.

Sunset on the beach.

The cousins in the picture window right before we left.

Old Favorites...

With the fabulous weather we've been out at much as the G-Force allows. She always has a good time it is just later that we pay for it.

No Cavities...

And They Are A Bad Influence...

...on the poor neighbor kids.

Further Proof...

...that my kids are weirder than your kids.

Proof...

Wes brought home some goggles for the girls from work.

They wore them for two days.

Sophie has finally lost the snaggle-tooth. Much to my relief, that tooth was driving me crazy.

She's happiest right in the middle of everything!
