The Girls Made Blankets...

These blanket kits were a gift from Santa.  This morning we finally sat down and did them.  I didn't help the big girls at all other than verbal instructions.  It was fun to have a craft that they could complete themselves.  They were pretty proud.

Race Time...

Wes and I ran the Birch Bay Half-Marathon!  Doesn't Wes looked thrilled to be there?  It was a total butt-kicker and felt much harder than the first one.  We did however shave 6 minutes off of my time from the last one.  It was fun to run it together and I think Wes is reluctantly hooked.

XBox Makes Me Crazy...

Wes has been waiting years to have a buddy to play XBox with him.  I will play once every six months or so with him.  I think it is a complete waste of time.  The girls, however love it!  They will get their chores done quickly in order to play with him.

Circus Try-Outs...

Sophie's friend came to the library and then back to school to play on the playground.  There was a lot of "watch this!" and "take a picture of this."  It was fun to have just the two older girls on their own for awhile.

Ceci got to play with Sophie's team last night because they were short on subs.

Their team got smoked, but it was fun to see the girls play together!
