A Fairy Party...

The girls went to a fairy party a few weeks ago. It was a little girl's dream! Right down to the wings, wand and fairy tattoos!

Is That A?...

...pheasant on my front porch? Why yes it was. This guy has been over to visit us before but I can't figure out when. It was a nice short visit.

FYI...

After the first of the year we will be cancelling our home phone. We use Vonage and are tired of the crappy service. If you don't have our cell phone number leave me a message and I will email you or heck maybe even call.

Anatomy Of A Snowball Fight...

Mom's Dessert...

My Mom made a Bûche de Noël aka Yule Log for Christmas dinner dessert. It was as tasty as it was cute.

After Breakfast Walk...

After much whining on my part, my Mom and Dad talked us into going for a walk Christmas morning. They took us to an old barn through waist-deep snow. OK, so it was Sophia's waist but still deep. We actually had a very good time and really enjoyed being outside. This was the last time the girls have been outside outside other than to the car since Christmas Day. One of them licked something again and they are still super sick.

Christmas Morning...

This is the girls' coming down the stairs. They were a little bit excited. The first stop was the fireplace to make sure Santa came. Santa left them a thank-you note with the cookie crumbs and the carrot stubs.

It sure looks like Santa came to me.

Santa left the girls a big race track to share. Wes has already ordered additional track and extra cars. It is a hit.

The aftermath.

Seeing Pink!...

It's three girls!

Baby Number 3 showed herself today. We are 99.999% certain that she will be a girl. Wes, Sophie, Ceci and I are ecstatic. She is healthy and very feisty. She was throwing jabs the entire time and flipping positions consistently. I am so excited for a girl I can barely stand it. Seriously we are so very excited!

Thanks everyone for voting, that was fun. Wes was certain it was a girl and I had no idea.

Thanks Auntie M...

Look what was in our mailbox this afternoon! This box was stuffed with goodies. I almost didn't get the mail because it is so cold. But I remembered that Auntie M said she sent a box of goodness that I could not wait to try. I have personally sampled everything including the amazing and time honored Kifli and Kolach. Thumbs UP Auntie M, I'm impressed.

Thank-you!

PS If you would like to learn or watch Megan make the Kifli and Kolach check out her blog. http://thefdrs.blogspot.com/

Kids Are Gross...

This is what I saw when I looked beside me on the sofa this evening.
Sophie was completely oblivious to Monkey Toes.

Yummy.

Back in the mouth. At least they don't fling poo (anymore).

"Look what I drew Mommy."

A Jumping Party...

A jumping party was a perfect party in our book. We spent Saturday with our friend celebrating her third birthday. Boy do we love a party and a party with slides does not get much better.

My favorite part was the cage, of course.
